While everybody is different, one key element that we expect of every client is a will to step out of your comfort zone, and to really embrace the hard work required to get to where you want to be.
Many go into the gym several times a week without any prior planning or idea of what they want to achieve. It can be very easy to go to the gym, but actually getting in real quality training that makes you progress to where you want to be, rather than just going through the motions, takes a little more guidance and planning.
That’s where we can step in. Training doesn’t need to be complicated and we can help you see this. Train for an objective. Commit to it and train consistently well.
To get the most out of the coaching experience, we recommend you take at least two sessions a week to work on improving your strength, technical ability, to work on weaknesses and make that step to improving overall performance.
After an initial assessment getting to know you and what prior training experience you have, we can put together a carefully designed plan to set you on the right path to achieving whatever goals you may have.
